You approve every request. Police never get standing or open-ended access. When you approve, they see footage only within that case's window — and only the person being sought, with every other face blurred.
Access is per case, per time window. A request names the case and the exact footage window — nothing outside it — and it expires automatically.
Everything is logged. Every request, approval, search, and deletion lands in an audit trail.
